5 expats discharged in Guangdong

The Pakistani student under the Chinese name Wei Xing was cured and discharged from the Guangzhou No.8 Hospital at 10 a.m. today. 5 expats have recovered from the coronavirus (Covid-19) in Guangdong.
Wei travelled to Guangdong in the middle of January, developed symptoms on February 26th and was confirmed as having the virus the next day. After treatment, his temperature has remained stable and he has passed the health tests needed before leaving the hospital.
“I’m grateful to everyone’s help. I love China, every city in China. When the epidemic is over. I’ll finish my study in Wuhan,” said Wei.
In the short term he plans to return to Pakistan after recovery. “I told my family and friends that everything has gone well here and they feel relieved. I love my friends in Wuhan and Guangzhou, both are renowned and beautiful cities.”
